About the TedXPortland Event Space

Located in the iconic Fair-Haired Dumbbell, the TedXPortland Event Space reflects the creative, energetic, and community-driven spirit that defines TedXPortland. 

This Portland venue and event space offers skyline views and a flexible layout suitable for meetings, workshops,  receptions, and other gatherings. The space accommodates up to 150 standing or 20–50  seated guests, with onsite A/V options and convenient MAX Light Rail access. 

Catering: 

Elephants Delicatessen is the exclusive caterer for all food and beverage services for events at the TedXPortland Event Space. Food and beverage, rental equipment, service ware, and staffing are an additional cost. Our venues team will walk you through seasonal menus and pricing. Catering costs are not included in the room rental fee.

  • Wi-Fi and ambient lighting 
  • Climate control and kitchenette access
  • Tables and seating (conference or cocktail setup) 
    • The main conference table seats up to 12-15 people comfortably  
    • The conference room includes a large screen TV for presentations
