Say bear-lick…like a bear licking the foam off a frosty mug. Etymologically, it’s an old-English adjective meaning “of barley.” As in there’s beer and then there’s baerlic beer! Born out of an undying passion for the perfect pint of beer, Baerlic Brewing Company is a small-scale production brewery and taproom.

When they say "The Beer Here Is Near And Dear," they mean it. They strive to work in as close a proximity as possible for all their ingredients, materials, vendors, supplies, and suppliers.
